This notice explains the cookies and similar browser technologies used or encountered when you use the SvereSystems website and when you continue to separate third-party checkout environments.

Current position: SvereSystems does not intentionally enable Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel or comparable advertising and remarketing tracking on the main website. The site does use browser storage to remember consent choices and contains an embedded Bunny Stream video player. Separate Stripe and Payhip pages have their own cookie and consent environments.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on a device by a website or online service. Similar technologies include localStorage and other mechanisms that store or access information on a user’s device.

Under Finnish electronic communications rules, storing or accessing non-essential information on a user’s device generally requires prior consent and clear information about the purpose. Storage or access that is strictly necessary to transmit communications or provide a service explicitly requested by the user may fall within an exception.

3. Consent preferences on www.sveresystems.com

SvereSystems uses the Silktide Consent Manager to present cookie or tracking choices and to remember those choices. Silktide Consent Manager stores consent preferences in the browser’s localStorage; the consent manager itself does not need to set a separate preference cookie for this purpose.

4. Embedded Bunny Stream video

The Website + Presenter service page contains a video player embedded from Bunny Stream using an iframe served from a Bunny-controlled domain.

When the player is loaded or used, the browser communicates directly with Bunny infrastructure. Bunny states that Stream may process technical information such as stream quality, errors and buffering metrics and may make requests to Bunny CDN servers for performance and routing purposes.

SvereSystems does not use the Bunny Stream player as an advertising or remarketing tool. The player is disclosed here because it is third-party embedded content and creates direct technical communications between the visitor’s browser and Bunny infrastructure.

The current notice does not assign a specific Bunny cookie name or expiry where SvereSystems has not verified that such a cookie is set by the current embedded-player configuration. If the player implementation later introduces non-essential cookies or browser storage requiring consent, SvereSystems must update the consent configuration and this notice before relying on that technology.

5. Stripe payment pages

SvereSystems uses Stripe for certain paid-service payment links. When you follow a Stripe payment link, you leave the main SvereSystems website and enter a Stripe-hosted checkout environment.

Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes including checkout operation, security, fraud prevention, preferences and other functions described in Stripe’s own cookie and privacy information. Stripe provides its own cookie-consent controls for non-essential technologies where applicable.

Your consent preference on www.sveresystems.com does not control cookies used on Stripe’s separate domain. Stripe’s current policy is available from Stripe’s own legal and privacy pages.

6. Payhip store at get.sveresystems.com

SvereSystems may make free digital materials or digital products available through a separate store at get.sveresystems.com, hosted by Payhip.

Payhip places cookies on store visitors’ browsers and provides controls for essential and, where configured, analytics cookies. Payhip’s hosted store is a separate platform environment even when reached through a SvereSystems subdomain.

Your consent preference on the main SvereSystems website does not control cookies in Payhip’s hosted environment. Payhip’s current privacy and cookie information applies to its platform.

7. Consent and your choices

Non-essential cookies or similar technologies that require consent must not be activated before valid consent has been obtained. Consent must be an active, informed choice and refusing non-essential technologies should be no more difficult than accepting them.

Where the SvereSystems consent control offers optional categories, you can accept or reject them and later change your choice through the consent controls made available on the website. You may also clear cookies and localStorage through your browser settings.

Deleting browser storage may cause the website to ask for your preferences again. Separate third-party environments such as Stripe and Payhip manage their own cookie controls.

8. Changes to this notice

SvereSystems may update this Cookie Notice when the website, embedded media, consent tools, payment flows or other browser technologies change.

If a new non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technology is introduced, the consent mechanism and this notice should be updated before that technology is enabled for visitors who have not given the required consent.
