1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies, local storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies can store information on a device or access information already stored there.
2. Essential technologies
SvereSystems may use storage that is genuinely necessary for site security, remembering consent choices or providing functionality explicitly requested by the visitor. Essential technologies are not used for advertising or visitor profiling.
The Silktide Consent Manager records the visitor's privacy choice in browser local storage so the same choice does not need to be made again on every page. Its library files are delivered through jsDelivr, so ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser/device information and the requested file URL may be visible to the CDN provider when those files are fetched.
3. Consent management
Non-essential analytics and any other optional browser technologies that require consent are not activated before the required consent is obtained. Visitors can reject non-essential categories and later change or withdraw their choice through the site's consent settings.
If Analytics consent is not given or is later withdrawn, SvereSystems' consent setup is intended to keep Google Analytics 4 blocked on the relevant pages. Information already stored in the browser can also be removed through the browser's own settings.
4. Embedded video
Some pages use Bunny.net video. When the video content or player is loaded, technical request information such as IP address, browser/device information and the requested media URL may be disclosed to the provider.
Technical video delivery is separate from SvereSystems' optional Google Analytics measurement. If the embedded-media implementation or related browser storage changes materially, this notice will be updated to reflect the deployed setup.
5. Forms
Project forms use Web3Forms to transmit form content after the visitor chooses to submit it. Newsletter sign-up uses MailerLite to receive the submitted email address and manage newsletter subscriptions. Form content itself is not a cookie or analytics event. The providers may process technical information needed to receive, secure or deliver the submitted request.
6. Google Analytics 4
Active only on selected main pages, and only after Analytics consent. SvereSystems uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources and general website use. The external Google Analytics script is not loaded through SvereSystems' consent logic until Analytics consent has been given.
After consent, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and related online identifiers to support measurement. The exact storage duration and technical behaviour may depend on the deployed Google Analytics configuration and Google's service settings.
SvereSystems uses Google Analytics for website analytics, not advertising. Advertising tracking such as Meta Pixel is not currently in use on the SvereSystems website.
Operational rule: project-form contents, free-text answers and other client-provided business details are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics as analytics-event parameters.
7. Current non-essential technology status
Google Analytics 4: enabled on selected main pages only after Analytics consent.
Meta Pixel and other advertising tracking pixels: not currently in use on the SvereSystems website. If advertising tracking is introduced later, this Cookie Notice and the Privacy Notice will be updated before activation and the applicable consent mechanism will be used.
8. Your choices
You can grant, reject or withdraw consent for non-essential categories through the site's cookie or privacy settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can also remove cookies and local-storage data through your browser settings. Doing so may also remove the saved consent choice, in which case the site may ask for your choice again.
9. Personal data
Where cookies or similar technologies involve personal data, the Privacy Notice also applies.
