If the project is suitable, the written Project Confirmation states the delivery route, exact scope, final price, applicable VAT treatment, revision boundary and who is responsible for implementation or publication. One coordinated direction
You review the proposed page structure, copy, contact route and Presenter together. For a kept site, this means the confirmed copy and clear change guide; for a new build, it means the website preview based on the SvereSystems standard. You then return one consolidated list of small, in-scope corrections.
Approval, handover and final check
After the complete direction and included correction round are approved, a kept-site project is handed over as the confirmed copy, section order, CTA wording and, when included, the finished Presenter with a placement recommendation for you or your web professional. SvereSystems does not log in to, edit, maintain or troubleshoot WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or other client CMS installations. For an existing site, the client, web manager or developer makes the supplied changes and, when a Presenter is included, adds the finished video. For a new HTML site, the client or their technical partner publishes the supplied files. SvereSystems does not perform hosting-login, cPanel, FTP/SFTP, DNS, nameserver, server, SSL, email, migration, deployment or publication work.

You approve that message before it becomes the final website changes or new website and, when included, the Presenter.
How is AI-generated presenter content identified?
The client Presenter in this service is AI-generated and is designed as a short guided explanation. It is visibly labelled as AI-generated inside the finished video. The client supplies and approves the business information, the finished result is human-reviewed, and the captions match the final spoken audio.
Can I keep my current WordPress, Wix or other website?
Yes, when the current public website is a practical base for the confirmed page work. SvereSystems can prepare the confirmed copy, suggested section order and CTA wording without forcing a rebuild. If the project includes an AI Presenter, SvereSystems supplies the finished video and a placement recommendation. The client, web manager or developer makes the website changes and adds the video.
What do I receive if my current website stays?
You receive the confirmed ready-to-use copy plus a section-by-section guide showing what to KEEP, CHANGE or ADD. It also includes CTA wording and destination and, when the Presenter is included, the finished video with a placement recommendation. Your web professional applies the changes and adds the video inside the current site.
Will SvereSystems edit or maintain my WordPress or other CMS?
No. SvereSystems does not log in to, edit, maintain or troubleshoot client WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or other CMS installations. On the existing-site route, SvereSystems supplies the confirmed copy, suggested section order and CTA wording. When the Presenter is included, SvereSystems also supplies the finished video and a placement recommendation; the client, web manager or developer implements the page changes and adds the video.
What does Search & AI Readiness include?
It is limited to relevant page-level work within the defined website scope. On an existing website, SvereSystems provides page-level recommendations and the client or web professional implements any technical changes. On a new HTML website, the page-level basics that belong to the SvereSystems standard can be included in the delivered files. This is not an ongoing SEO service: content campaigns, backlink work and search or AI visibility guarantees are not included.
Are there monthly platform fees?
If your current website is kept, its existing platform, hosting and third-party costs continue under your control. If SvereSystems builds a new focused site, no proprietary SvereSystems website-builder subscription is required for the delivered files. Your domain, hosting and any selected third-party services remain separate and may have their own ongoing costs or usage limits.
Is the new HTML website bespoke web development?
No. A new HTML website is built on the SvereSystems standard page structure and design system, then adapted to the client’s service, copy, logo, brand colours, suitable visuals and contact route. Small text, content and layout corrections are possible within that standard. Custom functionality, integrations or a completely different design system are not included. Who handles implementation and publication?
Your domain, hosting and website accounts remain under your control. For an existing site, the client or web professional implements the supplied changes. For a new HTML site, the client or technical partner publishes the supplied files. SvereSystems does not access or manage client website or hosting accounts.
How does the revision work?
You review one complete direction and return one consolidated list of small, in-scope corrections. For a kept site, that direction is the confirmed copy and change guide; for a new build, it is the website preview based on the SvereSystems standard. A new service, audience, substantially different structure, custom functionality, integration, different design system, Presenter direction or rewritten script is new scope rather than another small revision.
How is VAT handled for international business customers?
SvereSystems invoices from Finland. For businesses outside Finland, VAT treatment depends on the buyer’s country, business status and tax registration. The correct treatment is confirmed before the invoice is issued. If anything needs to be clarified first, SvereSystems will tell you before payment.
How are the price and payment confirmed?
The route-based prices are shown above. After manual review, the written Project Confirmation states the delivery route, final scope, final price and applicable VAT treatment. Only after you accept it in writing does SvereSystems issue the invoice. Full payment is received before the private intake and production.
What happens after I send a project request?
SvereSystems manually reviews the request and current public website. If one clarification is genuinely needed, SvereSystems asks for it. If the project is suitable, you receive a written Project Confirmation with the delivery route, scope, final price and terms before any invoice is issued.
